Sam opened his first tax office over 20 years ago, and it remains in the same location to this day. With an entrepreneurial mindset, he deeply understands the daily challenges and concerns that keep business owners up at night. His expertise in real estate naturally developed from his passion for owning and managing multiple rental properties, giving him firsthand insight into the industry.
A graduate of Seattle Pacific University and a proud father of two college graduates, Sam brings a unique blend of discipline and determination to his work. His athletic upbringing led him to discover a love for endurance running and triathlons.
Over the years, he has competed in numerous prestigious events, including the Boston Marathon and the Ironman World Championship in Kona, HI. The dedication and perseverance required to excel in these races mirror his commitment to helping his clients, many of whom have become friends, achieve their personal and professional goals.
